I Cannot Open the Online Help

Problem

I cannot open the Online Help from the menu.

Solution

Allow the Automic Web Interface help pop-up.

Allow pop-ups for blockers of the AWI help URL in your Internet browser. For more information see Preparing Your Browser.

If your company security does not allow employees to have Internet access, contact your system administrator and request the online help to be placed on a secured intranet. Your administrator can find further information in configuration.properties - Configuring Your Local Setup.
