AE and AWS Batch
AWS Batch is a fully managed service that allows you to run batch computing workloads of any scale on the (Undefined variable: Products.AWS) Cloud. Using AWS Batch not only allows you to efficiently provision resources and work toward eliminating capacity constraints, but also allows you to reduce your overall compute costs and deliver results more quickly.
Batch computing automatically runs jobs asynchronously across multiple compute resources. AWS Batch uses these advantages to remove the undifferentiated heavy lifting of installing, configuring and managing computing software thus giving developers, scientists, and engineers access to large compute environments without human intervention. It also adopts a familiar batch computing software approach.
Integrating Automic Automation with AWS Batch allows you to start, cancel and monitor an AWS Batch Submit job from a definition and, if required, to override parameters set in the job definition from Automic Automation.
As a system administrator, you carry out the steps required for the integration.
