If you want to upgrade Automic Automation from a version that does not support UTF-8 to a version that does support it, the first step is to make sure that your database is UTF-8 encoded. If it is not, you have to migrate it.

To help you with the database migration, an Action Pack is released with version 24 that helps you automate this process. The following videos explain this process.
