To give users and user groups authorization to see and work with Automation Engine (AE) objects, you have to authorize them to the folders that the objects are in. Where user authorizations for the ECC can be defined
You grant users authorizations to AE objects and folders in their user definition or in the definition of a user group that they belong to. You can manage authorizations for users and user group in two places:
