User Group Tab

The UserGroup tab is an object type-specific tab which in this form is only found in the "UserGroup" object. A user group's users can be assigned here.

Description

A user group can contain any number of users. Being member of a particular user group includes that all the authorizations and privileges of this group are assigned to the user. These are then added to the user's already existing authorizations.

No users can be added or removed from a user group when the logging for revision reports has been activated in the client. In this case, memberships can directly be specified in the User object. The auditing function can be activated by the administrator using the key OBJECT_AUDIT in the variable UC_CLIENT_SETTINGS.

Field/Control	Description
Members	A list of client users who are members of this user group.
No Members	A list of client users who are not members of this user group.
< Add	Pressing this button adds the users selected in the "No Members" list to the user group.
Remove >	Pressing this button deletes the users selected in the "Members" list from the user group.
