Group

Groups can be used for the occasional execution of tasks. The particular tasks that should run in a group obtain the start type "Group". Groups can be activated manually or directly in a Workflow or Schedule object.

Object class: Executable object
Object type (short name): JOBG

Note that the group is not taken into consideration if a task is activated by a Workflow or Schedule object, or as a recurring task.

The queue type for group objects from previous releases of AE no longer exist. They have been replaced by Queue objects.
