Superordinate Tasks (Parents)

Objects can be activated in various ways, with the originator of the activation being referred to as the superordinate task or parent.

Activation Type: Processor (PRC)

A processor is a superordinate tasks that is responsible for the proper execution of tasks. It can be one of the following objects:

  • Schedule
  • Workflow
  • Group

Activation Type: Activator (ACT)

An activator directly activates tasks, but is not responsible for monitoring their execution:
