User Activities Widget

The Activities Widget provides detailed information about the activity of the user that is logged in. The most recent activity is displayed at the top.

Configuring the User Activities Widget

1. Hover your mouse over the widget to enable its toolbar.

2. Click the setting icon to open the Settings pane at the bottom half of the widget.

   The widget is expanded to occupy the entire dashboard and allow you to make your changes. When you are done, click the maximize/ minimize button on the widget toolbar.

3. The Settings tab is displayed by default.

   1. The default Title of the widget is User Activities. You can rename it here.
   2. In Refresh Frequency specify the interval at which the contents of the widget is automatically refreshed. Already finished tasks is removed from the list at the interval you indicate here.

   3. Optionally, in Filter restrict the activities to be shown by defining the following options:

      • User Object Name

        Select the User object for which you want to display the activities.

      • First Name

        Restrict the list to the activities performed by users with a particular first name

      • Last Name

        Restrict the list to the activities performed by users with a particular last name

      • Object Name

        The list displays the activities of the user that have to do with this particular object

      • Object Type

        The list displays the activities of the user that have to do with the object types selected here

      • Actions

        The list displays the activities of the user as selected here

4. Open the Description tab to describe widget
5. Click Save and close the pane
