Viewing the Executions of an Object
As a developer and object designer, after configuring an executable object, you will probably execute it to make sure that it works as expected. You can access all the executions of an object directly from the Process Assembly. They are listed in the Executions lists and they provide key data on each run of the object. This data help you fine-tune the object configuration.
From any Executions list you can use Automic Automation's Gen AI capabilities to get a summary and analysis of each execution, the reason for failure (if any) and much more. For ore information about Automic Automation's Gen AI capabilities, see Analyzing Executions with Automic Automation's Gen AI.
To View Execution Data
-
Select the object and right-click to select Monitoring > Executions. Alternatively, click the Executions button on the toolbar.
- The system switches to the Process Monitoring perspective and opens the Executions list for that object. Each entry corresponds to an execution.
You can also select multiple objects in bulk and select this option. This opens an instance of the Executions list per object.
To Analyze and Troubleshoot with Automic Automation's GenAI
In any of the Executions list, right-click an execution to select Analyze Execution. The Automation AI Assistant panel opens on the right-hand side.
