FTP Jobs in Workflows

As happens with any other Automic Automation object, you can insert FTP Jobs in Workflows and Schedules. Schedules let you automate the execution of objects at regular intervals. Workflows let you orchestrate the automatic processing of objects. For more information, see Automic Automation Objects, particularly Schedules and Workflows.

When you insert an FTP Job in a Workflow, the Properties pane in the Workflow editor contains an additional tab called FTP:

This tab replicates the editor in the FTP Job definition. It lets you edit the values in the commands. Such changes affect the particular instance of the Job in the Workflow and not the Job definition itself.
