Creating RA Informatica Agent Connection Objects
To create Automation Engine Jobs from an Informatica repository, you must first create an RA Informatica Agent Connection object. You assign the Connection object to the Jobs during Job creation. The fields of an RA Informatica Agent Connection object are described below.

- Repository User Name
- Repository Password
- Repository User Security Domain
- Domain of Repository
- Domain Name
- Domain User Name
- Domain Password
- Security Domain
- Integration Service Name
The Informatica repository service.
The Informatica repository user name. Required for native or LDAP authentication. Optional if the domain uses Kerberos authentication.
The Informatica repository password. Required for native or LDAP authentication. Optional if the domain uses Kerberos authentication.
The security domain that the PowerCenter repository user belongs. The security domain name is case sensitive. Required for LDAP or Kerberos authentication. Optional if the domain uses native authentication.
This field is used for Informatica v9.6 and above. If you are using a lower Informatica version, this field needs to be empty.
The location of Informatica repository. Required if the Agent is not installed on the Informatica server.
The domain name.
User name to connect to the domain. Required if the domain uses native or LDAP authentication.
This field is used for Informatica v9.6 and above. If you are using a lower Informatica version, this field needs to be empty.
Domain password for the user that connects to the domain. Required if a domain user name is specified.
This field is used for Informatica v9.6 and above. If you are using a lower Informatica version, this field needs to be empty.
Determines the authentication method used. Required if using LDAP.
Integration service name.
