Removing Automic Services in ServiceNow in Bulk (Cleanup)

The Automic Clean-up is an administrative service that removes all services in the ServiceNow Service Catalogthat were created by SNSC. When you run this service, you delete all sub-categories and service catalog items generated by SNSC.

To Remove Automic Services in ServiceNow in Bulk

1. In ServiceNow, open the Automic Configuration service catalog.
2. Open the Automic Clean-up service.
3. Click Cleanup.

A message appears when the cleanup is complete.

Important: Make sure to keep your \SERVICES folder in Automic Automation up to date. If the corresponding AE workflows are still linked to the folder or a sub-folder of \SERVICES, they will be added to the Service catalog again with the next synchronization.
