Checking the State of Your Order in ServiceNow

You can check the status of your pending service requests from ServiceNow.

To Check the State of your Order

  1. Go to Service Catalog > Open Records > Requests
  2. Click on your request number.

    3. In the Requested Item section, the current state (Stage) of your order is displayed.
