Migrating PostgreSQL Databases to UTF-8

Given that PostgreSQL databases are already UTF-8 encoded, there is no need to migrate them.

You can proceed with the system upgrade to v24 as usual. You do not need to adapt the database connection string in the INI file either. For more information, see Upgrading an Automation Engine System Manually.
