Edit Termination Status - General Tab: Dates and Times
The Dates and Times section is used to select what days and times are included in the Termination Status report:
-
Edit Dates: Controls which dates are reported on in the report. There is a checkbox to specify whether to include the Current Day or not. If Last_days is selected, the days are included midnight to midnight. If Include Current Day is checked and 0 is specified it will report on the current day, midnight-current time. If a From and To date is entered, those two dates, and all the dates between are included in the report. You can also enter specific dates instead of a range. Select dates by clicking on the calendar. Selected dates are highlighted on the calendar, and also appear in the list of Selected Dates.
-
From and to: Allows you to select what times of each day are included in the report. This may be part of the day (as in 9 am to 5 pm) or might span across midnight (for instance, 10 pm to 4 am) or could include the entire 24 hours of the day (select 6 am to 6 am for example).
Edit Termination Status - General Tab: Filter
The Filter section is comprised of the following three columns:
-
Termination Status: A list of defined termination status types is presented. This will vary by scheduler type. For AutoSys, there is an option to select/deselect the following:
- Failure
- Terminated
- Success
-
Job Type: Allows for filtering based on a box (group) or job. Different options are available based on the scheduler type selected.
Note: The Job Type column is not listed for CA7 scheduler types
-
Scheduler: By default, All Schedulers is selected. Use the drop-down box to select a particular scheduler.
Edit Termination Status - General Tab: Sorting and Grouping
If the Show Job Runs checkbox is selected, then the Sort results by option becomes active. Use the drop-down box to sort the Termination Status report by the following fields:
-
Job Name
-
Parentage
-
Job ID
-
Termination Status
-
Start Time
-
End Time
-
Exit Code
-

-
Term Run Time
Jobs can also be sorted in ascending or descending order.
Results can also be grouped by Primary and Secondary fields. Use the drop-down boxes to specify Date, Scheduler, Week, or None. In addition, totals can be shown in the Termination Status report by selecting the Show Totals checkboxes.
Edit Termination Status - Job Filter Tab
The Select Property button will open a window that allows the user to select job properties either By Category or By Name. Select one or more job properties by either double-clicking on a property, or by selecting one or more properties and clicking the button marked OK. Use the drop-down boxes to select jobs where a condition does or doesn't contain a case sensitive string using start with, end with, contain, match, or exist.
If more than one desired property is entered, a drop-down box will appear where you can select all or any jobs matching the conditions that were selected.
