Statistics

The statistics panel can be accessed from the sidebar of the selected object.

The panel shows the basic history data of the selected object: the creation and modification date/user.

History Records

When available for an object, the link Show History Records refers to the detail page Other / History Records in the current object.

Each time when entities change in ARA, log entries are written so that all changes are documented. One log entry may be related to one or more entities and may be displayed in the history of several entities. Viewing the history of any entity will therefore provide a lot of relevant information to the owner of that entity.

Example: If the status of a package changes from Scoping to Scoping Complete, the change will be displayed both in the history of the package and in the history of the release that contains the package.

The following screenshot shows as an example the history records of a deployment profile. The view presents the following columns:

• Date: Date when the event occurred.
• Time: Time when the event occurred.
• Message: Describes what happened to the object.

The messages are grouped by date and sorted from the newest to the latest event.

The History Records list provides different types of links:

1. Link to the referenced entity.
   E.g., AraTest testwf1 provides a link to the entity AraTest testwf1.
2. Link to execution report (Download Reports)

3. Link to further details (Show details).
   E.g., values of variables during a previous execution.
