Creating Applications from the Applications List

New applications can be created from the Applications list.

To Create an Application

1. Click the Create button in the toolbar. The Create Application dialog is displayed.

   

2. Enter the name of the new application. It has to be unique and may only contain alphanumeric characters, blanks, ".", "-", "_", "@", "$", "#".
3. Enter the application type. All types for which you have create permissions can be selected.

   The selected application type cannot be changed after creation.

4. Enter the name of the folder where you want to store your application.

   Avoid folder names containing a period character, since they may cause ambiguity in Application Workflows.

5. Enter the owner of the application. The current user is selected by default.
6. Click Create.
