Filtering by Queue

Use this option to filter out tasks that have been processed by specific queues.

Filtering tasks using this option is the same as grouping them using the Group by: Queue option on the Tasks left pane with the difference that here you can select multiple queues at a time.

To Filter by Queue

  1. Activate the checkbox next to the queue you are interested in. You can select one or more queues.

    Optionally, activate the Select all checkbox to select all queues at a time. Activate Clear selection to remove the filter.

  2. Click the Filter button at the bottom of the pane.
