Filtering by Status/Remote Status

Use the Status option to filter out tasks that have a specific status. Use the Remote Status Number and Remote Status Text with SAP, database and RA jobs to filter out tasks with a specific status in those applications.

Filtering by Status

The Status option allows you to filter out tasks in any possible state; they are categorized in 6 main groups, namely ABEND, BLOCKED, WAITING, WAITING (System internal), ACTIVE and OK. Expand the respective section to display the filtering options for that particular status.

  1. Activate the checkbox of the status you are interested in. You can select one or more types.

    • To filter out tasks with a state contained in one of the main status groups, activate the corresponding checkbox.
    • To filter out tasks with more specific states belonging to one of the main status groups, expand the corresponding list and activate the status you are interested in.

    Optionally, activate the Select all checkbox to select all status at a time. Activate Clear selection to remove the filter.

  2. Click the Filter button at the bottom of the pane.

Filtering by Remote Status

Additionally, for SAP, database and RA jobs as well as for the SAP RemoteTaskManager you can also filter out tasks according to their status in those applications.

In the case of SAP, SAP RemoteTaskManager and database jobs, you must define the message number of the remote status.

  1. Enter the message number of the remote status.

    The following values are possible:

    • SAP

      • 6500 - scheduled
      • 6501 - released
      • 6502 - ready
      • 6503 - running
      • 6504 - finished
      • 6505 - canceled
      • 6514 - hold
      • 2004972 - Waiting for SAP Server
    • DB

      • 2012025 - Waiting for Database
  2. Click the Filter button at the bottom of the pane.

To Filter by Remote Status Text

Here you can enter the status of the task in the remote system.
