Reports for Server and Agents
Data that is collected between the start and the end of the Automation Engine or of an agent is stored in reports. These reports can be used to analyze errors that might have occured.
The reports for servers and agents are continuously created and archived. It is not possible to turn this function off.
A server or agent report includes:
- The INI-file content.
- Data that refers to the start of the server processes or agents.
- Data about the connection establishment or disconnection between the Automation Engine, agents, and the user interface.
- Data about the processing of tasks, and task states.
- Access administration messages in the context of the authorization system.
- Data about the end of a server process or an agent.
Authorizations
Make sure that the following authorizations are configured:
- Right S for type SERV - Access to statistics on servers.
- Right P for type SERV - Access to reports on servers.
- Right S for type HOST - Access to statistics on agents.
- Right P for type HOST - Access to reports on agents.
