Session Log

The Session log of a User provides information on all the sessions of a user in chronological order.

Recording the Session log data is triggered when the users log on into the system and ends when they log off. Any failed log-on attempt and the reason why it failed is provided on this list too.

User administrators can configure the behavior of this logging function in the UC_STATISTIC_OPTIONS variable. See UC_STATISTIC_OPTIONS - Controlling the Statistics Functions.

To Access the Session Log List

1. In the Administration Perspective click User Management on the left navigation pane.
2. Select Users.
3. Right-click one or more users and select Session Log.

4. The Session Log list provides information on the following:

   Column	Description
   User name	Name of the user
   Session Start	Date/time on which the user logged on into the system.
   Session end	Date/time on which the user logged off.
   Status	Status icon and status of the session.
   Message	Additional information that describes the reason for the error.
