Viewing Object and Task Details
You can easily access detailed information on the selected item (object in the Process Assembly perspective, task in the Process Monitoring perspective, process in the Administration Perspective) via the Details button that is available on the toolbar. If you select multiple items at the same time, the Details pane indicates the number of items you have selected (see Number of Selected Items).
Selecting an object on the Process Assembly main page or a task on the Tasks page of the Process Monitoring perspective and clicking opens a pane that provides the key data of the selected item.
To See the Details of an Object
- Switch to the Process Assembly perspective if you are not already there.

On the main page search for the object you are interested in. You can use the Global Search function for this purpose.

Select the object and click the Details button.
The details pane opens up on the right hand side of the window. For example:
Key data on the object is displayed on the following sections:

General
Basic obejct/task information (name, title, platform, archive keys, folder) taken over from its Generalpage.

History
Audit information (created/opened/modified by, number of times the object/task has been edited) also taken over from the General page.

Runtime
For non executable objects, the value displayed here is always 0:00:00 hh:mm:ss, otherwise it shows the estimated runtime.

Authorizations
The authorizations granted to you regarding this object.

- Click the x button again to close this pane.
- Switch to the Process Monitoring perspective if you are not already there.

On the Tasks page search for the one you are interested in. You have the following options:
- Open the filter and set the criteria that restrict the contents of the table. See Filtering Tasks.
- Use the Global Search

Select the task and click the Details button.
The details pane opens up on the lower half of the window. For example:
Key data on the task and its execution is displayed.
