Extended Reports

Extended reports provide additional information to the Script, JCL and Object Access of regular reports. As an object designer, you specify whether extended reports should be created when executing an object when defining the Extended Reports section of the object General Page

When configuring your system, the administrator can write specifications in theUC_CLIENT_SETTINGS - Various Client Settings variable that determine whether or not extended reports should be created. If so, this variable also determines which reports should be created. This applies Client-wide.

However, you can specify different settings for individual objects, namely, whether all or no extended reports should be generated. If you do so, these settings overrule the definitions in the UC_CLIENT_SETTINGS variable.
