Monitoring Provisioning Workflows

As an Operator you can use the Status Overview to see comprehensive data on the current state of provisioning Workflows.

To Open the Status Overview

1. Open the Release Automation perspective.
2. Go to Provisioning > Status Overview.

   The main page shows the list of provisioning Workflows according to the selected grouping and filtering criteria. Further details on the selected Workflow are displayed in the right sidebar.

Available Functions

Right-clicking a Workflow opens a context menu that provides the following functions:

• Open. See: Provisioning Provider Packs
• Monitor Workflow. See: Monitoring Executions and Queue Runs
• Archive
• Go to details
  • Workflow Properties
  • History Records. See: Statistics & History

Note: The list of functions available depend on the Workflow status and user privileges.

Workflow Properties

The Provisioning pane shows the following properties:

• General

  In the general section, you can view the following information:

  • Environment.
  • Workflow status.
  • Workflow owner (user).
  • Start time.

• Context

  The context section shows the entities involved in the provisioning process:

  • Blueprint
  • Stacks
  • Targets
  • Agents

• Actions

  You can trigger the following actions (depending on your permissions):

  • Export: exports the Workflow definition in CSV format.
  • Archive: archives the selected entity. If an entity is archived, Restore is available (see also: Archiving Entities)
• Statistics & History

Note: Click the links in the sidebar to view/edit the properties of the entities.
