Installing the Additional Components - Manual Installation

When you install your system manually, this is the moment to install the additional components.

Since there is no difference between installing these components manually or in an Automic Automation Kubernetes Edition system, the instructions are located in a common section.

The following additional components are mandatory and must be installed in the same computer as the AE and / or ServiceManager:

• CAPKI - Securing the ServiceManager
• Installing the ServiceManager
• Email Connection

All CallAPIs are installed in a Host computer. The installation is optional.

The following additional components are optional:

• Installing the CallAPI for WebSphere MQ (Windows)

• Automation Engine and Clusters

  Computer: Host

• Automation Engine System in a Windows Cluster

  Computer: Host

• Installing the Proxy

  Computer: Server/Host

• Installing Analytics Manually

  Computer: Admin/Server

• Internal WebServices

  • Installing the AE Internal Webservice (Glassfish)
  • Installing the AE Internal Webservice (IBM WAS CE)
  • Installing the AE Internal Webservice (JBoss)
  • Installing the Internal Webservice (SAP Netweaver) 
  • Installing the AE Internal Webservice (Tomcat)
  • Configuration WebInterface for the Internal Webservice
