Troubleshooting

If you experience display or handling issues when using Single Sign-on, or you cannot log in the way you usually do, check whether this comes from one of the known issues.

Tip: Read the WP log files of the JWP (such as WPsrv_log.003.txt) where the Automation Engine logs SAML events. These file may include helpful information.
