Tasks

Tasks are objects that are being or that have been executed. You monitor and work with tasks from the following areas in the Automic Web Interface:

• Process Monitoring perspective

  This perspective displays the list of active and inactive tasks and provides comprehensive information about their execution. It gives you access to various tools to filter and group tasks and to all the commands you need to work with them.

• Activities Widget and Process Monitoring Widget in the Dashboards perspective

• Activities pane in My Catalog Perspective

If you have the necessary rights, you can modify tasks at runtime and carry out a number of actions on them. The type and the status of a task determine which functions are available.
