Configuring Automic Automation
As a system administrator, you set up and configure the system to ensure that the resources are optimally allocated.
Configuring your Automic Automation system encompasses different areas:
Servers: Multi-server operations offer higher reliability and allow scalability to help your system grow as required.

Database: The Automation Engine database administers the scheduling data and contains all objects, execution data and reports in your system. The supported databases are DB2, MS SQL, Oracle and PostgreSQL. You can also choose to use partitions to deal with large amounts of data.
