Recycle Bin

When you delete an object, it is not immediately removed from your system. Instead, it is first moved to the Recycle Bin list. While in the Recycle Bin, objects can be restored, permanently deleted, or sent to other objects or tasks for further processing.

Important!

  • You need the Access to Recycle Bin (RECYCLE_BIN) privilege to see and work with the Recycle Bin.

  • It is not possible to move objects from the Recycle Bin list using the drag and drop function.

  • Objects that have been archived using the AE DB Archive are not available in the Recycle Bin, see AE DB Archive.

As a system administrator, you can limit the number of objects to be displayed in the Recycle Bin with the TRASHBIN_SHOW_MAX key of the UC_SYSTEM_SETTINGS variable, see TRASHBIN_SHOW_MAX.
