ipce.properties - Enabling/Disabling the Automic Automation Help

You use this file to configure the parameters that govern the behavior of the in-product Automic Automation Help panel and the data that it sends. You find the ipce.properties file under /config/ecc-plugins-ipce.

ipce.enabled

Enables/disables the Automic Automation Help (Help) panel. This is an extra panel in AWI that provides contextual access not only to the product documentation but also to related knowledge-base articles, whitepapers, videos and so on. It also gives access to the Documentation Assistant, a Gen AI-powered bot that answers documentation-related questions in natural language

Default value: True

Possible values: True / False

Configuration required? No, only if you want to disable it.

ipce.telemetry.enabled

Sends telemetry data to the server that hosts the Help panel on login.

Default value: True

Possible values: True / False

ipce.analytics.enabled

Enables/disables the collection of user interaction data for analytics. When set to true, all interactions are sent to the server that hosts the Help panel.

Default value: True
