Deprecated Components

As of version 24, the following components are no longer supported by Automic Automation:

WebLogic and WebSphere

As of this version, the Automic Web Interface does not support WebLogic and WebSphere any more. As of version 24, AWI supports the following web servers only:

The bundled Jetty Launcher
Tomcat

Event Engine

As of this version, the Event Engine functionality is no longer provided with Automic Automation. However, you will find opportunities to integrate with event streaming platforms and services such as Apache Kafka, AWS EventBridge , Azure Event Grid and so on Broadcom's Automation Marketplace at https://marketplace.automic.com/.

Infrastructure Manager

As of this version, the Infrastructure Manager functionality is no longer provided with Automic Automation. To replace it, we recommend that you use your infrastructure-as-code solution of choice and that you integrate it by using Automic Automation's native REST or command line capabilities, such as the RA Web Service REST Agent.

Only 64-bit UNIX and Windows Agents

As of this version, the Automic Automation bundle includes 64-bit UNIX and Windows Agents. 32-bit Agents are no longer delivered.
