Uprocs

This list is used to manage Uprocs: creation, updates and definition of Uproc properties such as the functional period or execution prerequisites.

Access to a given Uproc object is limited to one user at a time (Dollar Universe applies a lock to any Uproc opened for update).

Actions:

• New, Display, Update, Duplicate

  Opens a Uproc declaration window. Refer to section: "Uproc Details". In create and duplicate modes, all fields are open for modification. In display mode, no changes can be made. In update mode, all characteristics can be modified except the name.

• Unlock

  Unlocks a locked Uproc. A Uproc can become locked after a system crash or while it is being transferred or distributed (refer to the "Dollar Universe – General" Node Settings). A message box displays the result of the action.

• Current version

  Sets the version of the Uproc that will run when the Uproc is specified in a Session (Application and Integration Areas only). This action will only affect the selected Uprocs. A message box displays the result of the action.

• Send to

  Deploys selected objects from a DUAS V6 node to a target: Package, node, Area or Management Unit. Refer to section "V6 Deployment Details".

• Monitoring

  Select a Uproc from the list first. The Job Runs list will be displayed, filtered by Uproc name.

Columns:

• Name

  Uproc identification string.

• Label

  Uproc description.

• Version

  Uproc version number (always 000 in production)

• Domain

  The functional domain to which the Uproc is attached.

• Application

  The application to which the Uproc belongs.
