If the "Group by session number” option is selected, the consolidation is done by the CDJ server and the status for the whole session is displayed. If any other group by option is selected, the consolidation is done manually and the “worst” status of the session is displayed.
The Job Run documents can work in several modes:
Not active
The lines are not grouped (current mode).
Session
Lines are grouped by Sessions. If a Uproc is executed outside a Session, it appears as a separate line.
MU
Lines are grouped by Management Units.
Node
Lines are grouped by execution Nodes.
Application
Lines are grouped by Applications.
Submission Account
Lines are grouped by Submission Accounts.
Session N°
Lines are grouped by Node/Session/Session execution number. When the job runs are grouped, Information and Severity fields are also consolidated.
Consolidated Severity is the highest severity of Uprocs. If several job runs have the same Severity, the latter will be used.
Consolidated Information is the information associated to a Uproc having the highest Severity.
If a Uproc is executed outside a Session, it appears in the "No Session" group.
The user can switch from one mode to another. This action triggers the reorganization of the list in the document.
When a grouped display mode is selected, the list contains two types of lines:
Each consolidated line can be displayed in two modes:
Closed mode
A "+" icon is displayed at the beginning of the consolidated line. If the user clicks this icon, then the consolidated line moves to the Expanded mode.
All job executions belonging to the group are hidden.
Expanded mode
A "-" icon is displayed at the beginning of the consolidated line. If the user clicks this icon, then the consolidated line moves to the Closed mode.
All regular job executions belonging to the group and using the same filters are displayed under the consolidated line in the order defined in the document.
Any change in a filter will be taken into account immediately.
Any change in the sorting order will be taken into account. Lines are sorted inside their group, not globally.
By default, all consolidated lines are in Closed mode.
The grouping column is always displayed at the left of the list (after the column filter) and cannot be moved from that place.
The consolidated line will display the highest priority status of the grouped lines, following the order defined in the User Preferences>General settings>Job Monitoring>Job Run Status Filter section.
By default, the order of priority is (from highest to the lowest):
