You can access Nodes configuration variables with this interface.
Some categories and variables differ between the Univiewer management Server, Dollar Universe and Reporter.
Variables in bold type are “read only”. To modify a variable, double click on its value or select the line and click Update.
The values entered in node settings must respect the specified format. UTF- 8 characters are not supported.
The tables below describe the node's variables. These variables can be defined in the Node Settings of the selected node.
| Variable Type | Description |

| Install (I) | The variables related to installation cannot be modified. They are Install type. |
| Static (S) | The variables of Static type can be modified with Univiewer Console or with the unisetvar command (refer to the Univiewer Administration Guide). The change in static variables requires the node to be restarted for the changes to take effect. |
| Dynamic (D) | The variables of Dynamic type can be modified with Univiewer Console or with the unisetvar command (refer to the Univiewer Administration Guide). Dynamic variables are taken into account by the node without having to restart it. |
Validate DB Connection
This button attempts a connection to the data base specified with the user and password specified. The connection status is displayed in a pop-up window.
Validate Univiewer Connection
(Reporter node only). This button attempts a connection to the selected UVMS. The connection status is displayed in a pop-up window.
Manager Settings
Available if the user displays the category of an activated Manager.
Restore Defaults
(UniJob node only) Select updatable field and click Restore Default.
Contents of the node settings tree will vary with the type of node selected.
