unisync USERGROUP

This command updates the local UVMS node with the Groups containing Logins, Patterns and Roles from the remote Univiewer Management Server node.

Syntax:

unisync USERGROUP –host <arg> -port <arg>² -login <arg> -pwd <arg> -override -delete

Parameter	Description
-host <arg>	Reference UVMS hostname.
-port <arg>	Reference UVMS port number
-login <arg>	Login for connecting to the reference UVMS..
-pwd <arg>	Login password for connecting to the reference UVMS.
-override	Updates the Group if it already exists
-delete	Deletes the local Group if it doesn't exist on the reference UVMS.
-help	Displays the command online help

Groups:

A Group is only created on the local UVMS if it exists on the remote Univiewer Management Server and doesn't exist on the local Univiewer Management Server.
A Group is only overwritten on the local Univiewer Management Server if it exists on the remote Univiewer Management Server and if the "-override" parameter is used.
A Group is only removed from the local UVMS if it doesn't exist on the remote UVMS and if the "-delete" parameter is used..

A Login (or User Pattern) / group Link is created on the local UVMS only if it exists on the remote UVMS and if the Login/Pattern and Group have been created on the local UVMS.
A Login (or User Pattern) / group Link will be removed from the local Univiewer Management Server if the Login, Pattern or Group have been removed from the local Univiewer Management Server, or if the Login, Pattern or Group doesn't exist on the remote UVMS and if the "-delete" parameter is used.
