Audit Trail

This document lists all actions that were performed on Dollar Universe objects (V6).

This list may be purged in accordance with the criteria defined in the node settings "Dollar Universe – Maintenance – Purging in Area".

Actions:

• Display

  Presents details of the objects.

Columns:

• Dollar Universe node

  Dollar Universe node name on which the user performed the action.

• Date / time

  Date and time (system) of the action.

• Object type

  Object type which was affected by the action.

• Object ID

  Object identification, several components can be cited between [ ], depending on the object type.

• Action

  Action which has been performed on an object. The following actions on Dollar Universe V6 objects are displayed in the Audit Trail:

  • Application: Create, Delete and Update
  • Application Directory: Create, Delete and Update
  • Business View: Create, Delete and Update
  • Calendar: Create, Delete and Update

• User Type

  The type of user can be:

  • A user account (Administration mode > Security > User account), connected to UVC.
  • A User’s rule (Administration mode > Security > User rules) using the command mode.
  • A SAP user

• User

  Name of the user who performs action

• User Group

  (in UNIX/Linux and OpenVMS) group of the user

• Hostname origin

  Dollar Universe host name

• Package name

  In case of a package deployment
