A resource describes a system resource or a virtual resource which should be scanned in order to condition the running of operations procedures. Resource references are common to all Areas of a Node.
Resources must exist in this list before they can be referenced in a Uproc condition.

Opens a resource declaration window. Refer to section:Resource Details. In display mode, no changes can be made. In update mode, all characteristics can be modified except the name.
