Name
The name of the submission account that will be used by Dollar Universe.
Label
Submission Account description.
Depending on the target operating system, one of two of the following options must be selected:
Windows system user
If the Submission Account must be used under Windows. One of the two options below must be selected:
If the password entered for the system user is incorrect, the user service will still be created but will not be able to start.
Save the Submission Account definition.
Click on the button Check Service Status to make sure the Windows system user has been created and starts. The message “Service started and user valid” must be displayed. Click on OK.
If the message “Service absent on the system” is displayed, in administration mode in the nodes list, select the Dollar Universe node > Tools > Check Windows User Services. This tool allows you to correct the Windows User Services associated with submission accounts.
You can equally verify this with the Windows Services Control Panel: The Univer$e <COMPANY>_<NODE> user <account> service must exist and be started.
A user service is only created on the current active physical server hosting Dollar Universe. For Cluster installation, when a submission account is created, the associated user service must be created on all physical servers that DUAS is hosted on.
Other system user
If the Submission Account must be used under an operating system other than Windows.
System user
Enter the system user’s name (case sensitive) and save the submission account definition.
Click on the button Check User Status to make sure the user has been created. The message “user valid” must be displayed. Click on OK.
