Resource Events

This list displays those resources for which quotas have been posted by a conditioned Uproc. Consequently, this option has a direct impact on production.

Actions:

• Allocate

  Adds (allocate) quotas to resources in use. This function does not replace the function Resource Reservation which has its own interface.

• De-allocate

  This option removes (de-allocate) quotas from resources in use. This function does not replace the function Resource Reservation which has its own interface.

  Quota 1: quantity to add or remove from Quota 1 of the resource

  Quota 2: quantity to add or remove from Quota 2 of the resource

• Free

  Resets both of the resources quotas

Columns:

• Resource

  The name of the actual resource interpreted from the execution context, variable codes such as !UG! (Management Unit), !DTRAIT! (processing date), !SOC! (Company) and !ESP! (Area) are translated.

• Reference

  The resource reference. If the resource includes the codes !UG! !DTRAIT! !ESP! or !SOC!, the same reference may appear several times in the list.

• Max Q1 / Q2

  The resource’s maximum quotas

• Allocated Q1 / Q2

  Displays current quota usage

• Node

  The resource’s node of residence.
