Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Jobs: Download
Automic Automation Download Jobs allow you to download files from the UCM Integration Service or from UCM, to download BICC ESS Job Output Manifest and Associated Files or ERP Integration Services ESS Job Execution Details from Automic Automation. These files are the logs of jobs that were already executed on the Oracle side.
To start an integration successfully, you have to define all the relevant parameters.

Defining Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Download Job Parameters
In the Download Job section, you define the parameters relevant to run the job on your Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP environment.

Connection
Select the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Connection object containing the relevant information to connect to the application.
To search for a Connection object, start typing its name to limit the list of the objects that match your input.

Download Options
The following download options are available:

Download File from UCM Integration Service (default)

Download Type
Select one of the following download types:

Using document ID (default)

Document ID
The numeric document identifier of the document from UCM.

File Name
The file name of the content you want to download.

Using File Prefix
-
File Prefix
The prefix with which the document title starts.

Document Account
(Optional) The UCM account of the document if the document belongs to the FAFusionImportExport security group. In case the document belongs to the Attachment security group, you keep this field empty.

Comments
(Optional) You can add any comments here.

Download File from UCM

Download Options
Select from the following download options:

Using document ID (default)

Document ID
The numeric document identifier of the document from UCM.

Using Query Text

Query Text
The search expression. Consult the Oracle UCM Web Services documentation on search expression syntax.

Result Count
The number of records that should be retrieved.

Download BICC ESS Job Output Manifest and Associated Files

Request ID
The ESS Job Request ID.

Enable Request ID Directory
(Optional) Check this box to create the Request ID directory which is not part of the Oracle WSDL. If checked, a folder is created inside the download directory with the request ID as the name of the folder.

Download ERP Integration Services ESS Job Execution Details

Request ID
The ESS Job Request ID.

Download File Parameters
This panel is only visible if you have enabled the Download Execution Details box.
You can define the following download permission details for the file that should be downloaded:

Download Directory
The given directory for the downloaded execution details. For example: C:\Documents.
Tip:Downloaded files will also be visible in the AWI Job Reports section for the corresponding job (select Directory) where you can download them directly from the AWI.
Note:The system will attempt to create a download directory if one does not already exist. Once the directory is created, it will download the reports into it.

File Owner
(Optional) You can set the file owner here. You can use various formats. For example:
