Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Jobs: Schedule Report
Automic Automation Schedule Report Jobs allow you to schedule reports, and download execution details from Automic Automation.
To start an integration successfully, you have to define all the relevant parameters.
Defining Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Schedule Report Job Parameters
In the Schedule Report section, you define the parameters relevant to run the job on your Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP environment.

Book Binding Output Option
Check this box to enable the book binding option for output files. When enabled, the output will be compiled into a single document.

Compress Delivery Output Option
Check this box to enable compression for output delivery. When enabled, the output files will be compressed before delivery.

Data Model URL
(Optional) The URL of the data model associated with the report. This URL defines the structure and queries used to generate the report.

Delivery Channels Type
(Optional) The delivery channels to be used for the report. They define how and where the report output will be sent, including options like email, FTP, or other designated destinations.

NONE (default)
No delivery channel is defined.

Provide the XML.

XML File Path
Provide the XML file path.

End Date
(Optional) The end date for the job execution which is the final date the job is scheduled to run.

Job Locale
(Optional) The locale setting for the job defines the language, date, time, and other locale-specific preferences that will be applied during the job's execution.

Job Timezone
(Optional) The time zone in which the job is scheduled to run. This ensures the job runs at the correct local time based on the specified time zone.

Merge Output Option
Check this box to merge multiple outputs into a single file. When enabled, the outputs from multiple tasks or reports will be combined into one document.

Notification Password
(Optional) The password for accessing the notification server used to send job notifications.

Notification Server
(Optional) The server address used for sending job notifications. This could be an email server or any other type of notification service.

Notification To
(Optional) The recipient(s) of job notifications. This can include email addresses or other notification endpoints.

Notification User Name
(Optional) The user name required to authenticate with the notification server.

Notify Http When Failed
Check this box to enable HTTP notifications when a job fails. If enabled, an HTTP request will be sent to the specified endpoint on job failure.

Notify Http When Skipped
Check this box to enable HTTP notifications when a job is skipped. If enabled, an HTTP request will be sent to the specified endpoint when the job is skipped.

Notify Http When Success
Check this box to enable HTTP notifications when a job succeeds. If enabled, an HTTP request will be sent to the specified endpoint on job success.

Notify Http When Warning
Check this box to enable HTTP notifications when a job completes with warnings. If enabled, an HTTP request will be sent to the specified endpoint when a warning occurs.

Notify When Failed
Check this box to enable notifications via configured channels when a job fails. Doing so allows you to control whether the recipient is alerted about job failures.

Notify When Skipped
Check this box to enable notifications when a job is skipped. This controls whether the recipient is alerted about jobs that are not executed.

Notify When Success
Check this box to enable notifications when a job is completed successfully. This ensures that the recipient is informed of successful job completion.

Notify When Warning
Check this box to enable notifications when a job is complete with warnings. This controls whether the recipient is alerted about potential issues in the job.

Recurrence Expression
(Optional)The expression used to define the recurrence pattern of the job. This determines how often the job should be repeated.

Recurrence Expression Type
(Optional) The type of recurrence expression used such as cron, interval, or other predefined patterns. This defines the format and interpretation of the recurrence expression.

Repeat Count
(Optional) The number of times the job should be repeated. This specifies the total count of executions before the job is completed.

Repeat Interval
(Optional) The time interval between consecutive job executions. This is measured in the appropriate time unit.

Report Request Type
The report request details specify the report to be generated, including any parameters or options required for report execution.

NONE (default)
No report is defined.

Provide the XML.

XML File Path
Provide the XML file path.

Save Data Option
Check this box to enable the saving of data associated with the job. When enabled, the data used or generated by the job will be saved for future reference.

Save Output Option
Check this box to enable the saving of the output generated by the job. When enabled, the output files will be stored for future access.

Start Date
(Optional) The start date for the job execution which indicates the initial date when the job is scheduled to begin.

Use UTF8 Option
Check this box to enable the use of UTF-8 encoding for the job output. When enabled, all output will be encoded in UTF-8.

User Job Desc
(Optional) A description of the job.

User Job Name
(Optional) The name that should be assigned to the job.
Download File Parameters
This panel is only visible if you have enabled the Download Execution Details box.
You can define the following download permission details for the file that should be downloaded:

Download Directory
The given directory for the downloaded execution details. For example: C:\Documents.
Tip:Downloaded files will also be visible in the AWI Job Reports section for the corresponding job (select Directory) where you can download them directly from the AWI.
Note:The system will attempt to create a download directory if one does not already exist. Once the directory is created, it will download the reports into it.
