Editing Data Selections

Data selections are like where clauses; they are SQL statements that execute against the report data. If you wish to change them, you add them to the Job definition and edit them.

To add data selections to an RA JD Edwards Agent Job: 

  1. On the Data Selection page of an RA JD Edwards Agent Job, click Refresh in the Available Statements table.

    2. Available statements are listed in the Available Statements table.

  2. Select one or more rows from the Available Statements table and click Add Selected.

    3. The statements are added to the Configured Statements table.

  3. From the Configured Statements table, you can:
    • Change the comparison operator in the Comparison column.
    • Change the value in the Override Value column.

      • You can use the Remove button.
