When adding an AutoSys scheduler, AAI can detect a variety of problems or anomalies with the job definitions that are imported. AAI reports on those issues once the scheduler has been loaded.

The following problems can be detected and are reported:

Conditions that refer to jobs that don't exist
Cross-instance job references (for example: success(job1^ACE)) where the referenced scheduler is not defined to AAI
Missing parent boxes
Jobs that refer to themselves as their own parent
Unrecognized time zones
Missing calendars
Malformed start times

To view the generated log, select the new scheduler click the button.
