Associated Functions to Schedules
The options available for schedules depend on their status and that of their tasks. The table below describes all functions. You access them right-clicking it either on the Process Assembly or in the Process Monitoring perspective:

Cancel | Cancels the activity which then has the status ENDED_CANCEL. |

Cancel (recursive) | Cancels the activity plus all its subordinate tasks. This command is only available for tasks that have child tasks (such as schedules, workflows, etc.). |

Quit |
Ends a long-running activity. Only available for long-running, recurring activities. For example, these activities execute a particular process repeatedly within a particular interval (event). They must be manually ended by the user. |

Suspend | This command pauses the processing of the task and is available for long-running tasks (such as Schedules and Events) and Workflows. |

Suspend (recursive) | This command pauses the processing of the task and all its subordinate tasks. Only long-running tasks and Workflows are paused. |

Go immediately |
Continues the processing of a task that has been stopped using the Suspend command. |

Go (recursive) | This command has the same function as Go immediately with the difference being that subordinated tasks are also considered. |

Restart | Restarts the activity. This is available only for ended tasks only. |

Deactivate | Removes an ended activity from the list. |

Open Monitor |
Opens the monitor of the selected activity in a new page. |

Open Parent Monitor |
Opens the monitor of the superordinate activity in a new page. |

Execution data |
Shows previous runs of the activity. The Execution data open in a new page. |
