Upgrading CDA from Version 5 to 12.3

Important! Always test thoroughly your CDA production system in a separate environment before upgrading.
Note: Is it CDA Version 10 or 12.3?
The version of the technical Release Manager component is 10.0 and the version of the downloadable 'Automic Continuous Delivery Automation' offering is 12.3.
Check Incompatibilities between Version 5 and 12.3
- CDA v12.3.x is only compatible with AE v12.3.x and AWI v12.3.x.
- Snapshots cannot be compared (a snapshot that is taken in v5 cannot be compared with a snapshot that is taken in v12.3).
- The widget settings of the CDA dashboard are not preserved. As of v12.0.0, the Release Automation widgets are used and configured in the AWI dashboard.
- All required Action Packs must be installed (latest required version). For more information, see Installing Packs.
