Deployment Profiles - Errors and Warnings

The Erros & Warrnings panel shows all errors and warnings related to packages with the following details:

Trigger: which changes of entities may trigger the warning/error.
Title : the title of the error/warning as shown in the sidebar.
Message: a more detailed message is shown when you expand the error/warning.
Remarks: more detailed information about in which situation the error/warning is displayed and why.
Location: the locations in Automic Continuous Delivery Automation where the error/warning may appear.

Note: Only the first 10 errors/warnings of an entity are shown . Click the Show All link at the bottom of the panel to navigate to the General / Errors Warnings section of the entity where all errors/warnings are shown.

An Assigned Agent on an Assigned Deployment Target is Offline (Warning)

Requirement: An agent must be online to be used for a deployment.

Note: No error if no agent is assigned.
Trigger: A deployment profile is created or changed.
Display location:
- Sidebar of the deployment profile.
- Sidebar of deployment activities
Variants and messages:
- Case: An assigned agent on an assigned deployment target is offline.
- Title: The agent [Agent name] on the deployment target [deployment target name] is offline.
- Message: The agent [agent name] on deployment target [deployment target name] is offline.

No Deployment Target is Defined on the Deployment Profile (Warning)

Requirement: The deployment profile has to define at least one deployment target for every component.

Note: No warning is shown for archived components.
Trigger: A deployment profile is created or changed.
Display location:
- Sidebar of the deployment profile.
- Sidebar of deployment activities
Variants and messages:
- Case: No deployment target is assigned to a component.
- Title: Deployment target assignment missing.
- Message: The component [component name] does not have any deployment targets assigned.

No Component Link is Set (Warning)

Requirement: The deployment profile has to define an assignment for every component link defined on components.

Note: No warning is shown for archived components.
Trigger: A deployment profile is created or changed.
Display location:
- Sidebar of the deployment profile.
- Sidebar of deployment activities
Variants and messages:
- Case: The deployment profile has unresolved component links.
- Title: Unresolved component links.
- Message: The deployment profile [Profile] has unresolved component links.
