Reviewing the AE Agents Default Ports

All ports listed in this section are default ports used during the installation procedure and meet the port configuration in our security concept. For more information, see Configuring Firewall and Ports.

The CDA solution uses Deployment Targets to release software components. The Deployment Targets are accessed via the Automation Engine Agents. The Agents are available for Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems.

Default setup

• Inbound port for File transfer: 2300
• Outbound port for ServiceManager: 8871
• Ports for the connection to the Automation Engine Server (at AE server system): 2217 - 2221
• Ports for the connection to the CDA Server (at CDA server system): 80 (443 for https)
