Reviewing the Default Ports for Super Users

All ports listed in this section are default ports used during the installation procedure. Any port can be changed, depending on the infrastructure.

Required Security Setup

Component Configuration
Connection to the Automation Engine Server

Connection using the following ports must be allowed:

  • Default ports 2217-2221
Connection to the CDA Server

Connection using the following port must be allowed:

  • Default port 80 (443 for https)
Connection to the Automic Web Interface

Connection using the following port must be allowed:

  • Default port 8080
Connection to the Service Manager

Connection using the following port must be allowed:

  • Default port 8871
All used servers and databases

Grant administrator access rights to super user
