Bulk Selection

To perform the same operation on various objects or tasks at a time, select them in bulk and right-click. A context menu opens up displaying the options that are available to all selected objects. If you select many items and you want to check how many they are, click the Details button after bulk-selecting. The pane on the right hand side indicates it.

Tasks with Different Status

If you select multiple tasks with different status and the operation is not possible in one or more of them, the dialog indicates which tasks are affected by your action and which ones are not. You must confirm that you want to carry on.

Objects/Tasks with PromptSets

If one or more of the selected objects/tasks has PromptSets, the Requests dialog opens with as many requests as your selection requires. You can populate the fields and bulk select the requests on the left pane and submit them all at a time.
