This Variable (VARA) object defines specific periods of the calendar that are displayed in the period view. It is supplied with system client 0000 and can be copied to other clients and customized as needed.
Use a line for each period and its start date. All key entries must be unique. The Period name is displayed as the period's name in the calendar view. A period lasts from its start time until the next start time of the next period. The last period ends on the beginning of the day and month of the very first period.
Note: At least two periods must be defined to call the periodic view for the Calendar object. For more information, see Calendars (CALE).
